Boundary Walk 04

26th September 2020. Walk to boundary by Bottom’s Reservoir.

Returned to the disused quarry on the boundary next to Bottoms Reservoir. The day was spent documenting the space and surrounding area using a basic LiDar scanner, photography, video and audio. A contact mic was used to capture hidden sounds of the fallen trees, saplings, a bench by the reservoir and the stone walls the enclosed the quarry. These audio pieces will be merged with the ‘digital casts’ captured through the LiDar scans.
